World Marriage Day 2025: Honoring the Gift of Matrimony
The Diocese of Brownsville invites all married couples and their families to a special celebration of World Marriage Day 2025 at the Basilica of Our Lady of San Juan del Valle – National Shrine on Saturday, February 22, 2025, at 2:00 p.m.
Most Reverend Daniel E. Flores will celebrate a bilingual Holy Mass to honor couples who bear witness to God’s love through the Sacrament of Matrimony and are celebrating wedding anniversaries of 10, 20, 25, 30, 40, 50, 60, or more than 60 years in 2025. Ribbons designating years of marriage and anniversary certificates signed by the Bishop will be mailed to participants.

To participate in this special Mass, couples are invited to register by Monday, February 10, 2025, through any of the following options:
