Announcing New Rates Starting January 1, 2025
The Saint Eugene Mazenod Renewal Center, located at the Basilica of Our Lady of San Juan Del Valle, will introduce new rates for room and event bookings beginning in 2025. Please see below for the updated fees for our services, including lodging, dining, and event spaces.
Rooms & Fees
- Building Use Fee: $500 / event
- Lodging Fee:
- 1 Guest: $50 / room / night
- 2 Guests: $90 / room / night
- 3 Guests: $105 / room / night
- Dining Room Use:
- Without kitchen: $200 / event
- With kitchen: $300 / event
- Conference Rooms:
- Small (up to 50 people): $100 / event
- Large (up to 300 people): $350 / event
- Auditorium Rental: $250 / event
(Funeral receptions, seminars, marriage conferences, bridal showers, baby showers, etc.) - Set-Up Fees:
- Dining room: $100 / event
- Small conference room: $75 / event
- Large conference room: $100 / event
- Table clothes: Price varies
- Snacks and Beverages: Price varies
Special Rates for Basilica Employees
- Wedding Anniversary Celebration with Mass: Free
- Auditorium Rental for Employee Celebrations: $100 / event
